Your car should be out of the garage as soon as possible. In the Richmond area, it will usually take 1 to 2 days from the time your donation process is completed for one of our agents to contact you and arrange a time of pickup.
Car I Donate my car in any condition?
We will pick up any car in Richmond, running or non-running, with or without a title. However, if you have the title to your vehicle you will may able to receive the maximum tax deduction. We'll accept your car, whether or not it has a transmission or passable interior. Your car can be a brand new Mercedes or a 1997 clunker. We'll gladly pick it up. For a replacement title, please check in at one of the Virginia Motor Vehicle Department.

Is my car donation made in Richmond tax deductible?
Vehicles donated in Richmond on this site will benefit Activated Ministries, a nonprofit classified with the IRS as a 501(c)3 charitable organization and are tax deductible. If your car is solid for more $500, you will be able to receive a tax deduction equal to the amount the car solid for. However, if your car is solid for less than $500 you will still be able to claim a $500 tax deduction for your donation.
